How far ahead should we call?
Six to twelve weeks is a comfortable window for a seated night in season. Shorter is possible when the room is already held. Call and we will tell you straight.
What is included?
A producer, the plan, vendor coordination, an on-site run, and — if you want it — film and photography through to the edit. Catering, venue hire, and talent are scoped in the number, not hidden under it.
Do you only take large events?
No. Private dinners and family celebrations sit next to halls and launches. The approach stays the same. The crew scales.
When are you in the studio?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00. On event days the producer is on site for the hours the room needs, including evenings.
